Complaint from Sherry Nestleroad Orlando, FLalmost 2 years agoI purchased a Groupon for a haircut, style and deep conditioning, which I presented to Letty at the time of service. I left a cash tip. When I returned home I received an alert from my bank that Letty had charged me an additional $84. When you accept a Groupon you accept it as payment in full. I have tried to resolve this matter, leaving messages, Facebook, Messenger, email and USMail, no response
